I bought 2 of these, they say they are connectable..HOW ??? only got 2 wires, seems like there is a connector missing, how would the units connect ??

My true herb humidifier keeps beeping and flashing "fan." I've only had it out of the box annd running for 3 days, first few it was fine then it started to say "fan" more often and yesterday it did it 3 times in a few hours. I pulled the plug and put it back and it works as normal for a little while. I've made sure there isn't too much water in the tank, just to saturate the foam.

I put this in my humidor and it hasn’t kicked on at all in the two days since I installed it. It has power and I set the RH to 65%.
If the current RH is higher than the set value, it is not supposed to kick in and add more humidity. Do you see any error messages on the screen? If you have any concerns, please feel free to send the screenshots of the product to help@trueherb.com. They should be able to troubleshoot it for you.
