Sales tax is only applicable to purchases within the state of New Jersey.

WHAT IS MY SHIPPING FEE?

We offer free ground shipping to US contiguous states addresses. In all other instances, the shipping fee is based on order weight, dimensions, shipping method, and delivery destination. It is automatically calculated and displayed to customers before they can complete their purchase. If you have a multi product order, depending on product availability, we may split your order in parts and send them separately at no additional shipping cost to you.

We ship our products via USPS, UPS, and DHL.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can always check the current status of your order from your My Account page. Just click My Account link in the website header or Login link at the footer (registration is required).

WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER?

Yes, you will. Once your order is placed, you will receive the order confirmation email. If a few minutes have passed after you submitted your order and you still don't see the email in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder or just contact our customer representative at help@trueherb.com. The same email address will be used to notify you about other important changes in your order status.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
