Hi, what's the suggested range for the quantity of "botanical materials" for the H-Brewer, please?
To make an infusion, we suggest to use 18 to 42 grams of decarbed herbs per 300 to 700 ml of oil.

What is the noise level when this is in operation? Can this be used for alcohol-based tinctures?
You cannot use alcohol as a solvent in this machine. You can only use various oils, glycerin, and butter. The machine is not really noisy.

The paddle in the middle does it do anything or just hanging there you don't say anything about it I been looking at your machine but I can't find much about it one review on Utube but it wasn't much information
It is a stirrer. It is removable, but we highly recommend keeping it inside when making an infusion.
